Golf Icons

Below I have showcased icons I have created with golf as the main theme. This was difficult as golf is already a market saturated with what seems like an endless supply of icons. My mindset was geared towards simplicity as well as subtle abstract characteristics to relay a message.
Albatross
When a player scores 3 strokes under par on a single hole.
Cut
"Controlled" shot that a golfer induces curvature in ball flight. For a right-handed golfer, this flight path would travel from left to right.
Bunker (Beached)
Shallow pits filled with sand which makes the ball more difficult to play than from grass.
Static Application
Simple application to showcase potential icon usage. Most golf applications have course maps, scoreboards, as well as other tools to help record data for rounds played. The plan was to incorporate my icons within this prototype to give you an idea to their possible function.
